Are you a clinical social worker interested in providing compassionate, affirming, sex-positive, trans-competent, liberatory care to LGBTQIA+ folks? We would love to hear from you!

We primarily serve the LGBTQIA+ community in the Baltimore Metro and Western regions of Maryland, southern Pennsylvania, and eastern West Virginia. We have offices in Frederick, MD and Ellicott City, MD.

Ideal additions to our team will have lived experience, strong interest, and/or training in at least two of the following areas:

• gender-affirming, trans-competent care
• sex therapy
• relationship therapy, especially with queer and/or ethically non-monogamous partners
• therapy with children, adolescents, and families
• group facilitation

At this time, due to the high demand for treatment of LGBTQIA+ adolescents, we are only considering those interested and experienced in working with a caseload that includes at least some adolescents and their families.

This is an in-person, onsite position with potential for some hybrid/remote work from home. Candidates must be prepared to provide in-person therapy at least some days of the week. Candidates must be licensed, or be willing to be licensed, in the state of Maryland.
